How regularly should I service my dropper post?

We recommend you do an upper bushing clean-and-grease every 25hrs of riding, a full clean and grease service every 75-100hrs of riding, and a full rebuild every 250-350hrs of riding.

Are the seat clamps compatible with oval carbon rails?

Yes, our seat clamps are fully compatible with 7x9mm & 7x10mm carbon seat rails.

What grease should I use to service my post?

We recommend using a light suspension grease during service.

Light suspension greases such as Slickoleum or Slick Honey work well. Do not use oils or heavy greases, as they may negatively affect performance.

Does the S7 work with a mobile app?

No. The S7 does not support mobile app connection or app-based control. It is designed to work directly with the included wireless remote, with no app setup required. App connectivity is available on the S8 model.
