175mm Travel Update

We have identified an issue affecting some of our 175mm travel dropper posts: during full extension, the post may produce a louder-than-expected top-out noise.

Our team has already located the cause and is currently preparing an updated cartridge design. The revised cartridge is expected to be available in May 2026.

This issue does not affect the function, safety, or overall durability of the post. Riders can continue to use the product as normal, and customers may still place orders with confidence.

For customers who have already purchased a 175mm travel post, we will send an updated cartridge free of charge once the new version arrives. It will be shipped to the same address used for the original order.
