At SEEKRUN, we take customer support seriously. We stand behind our products, support our riders, and take every reasonable step to deliver fast, fair, and no-hassle service. Our top priority is simple: get you back out on the trails as soon as possible.
Warranty Coverage (1 Year)
SEEKRUN products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty coverage is valid for the original owner only and requires proof of purchase.
What’s Covered
This warranty covers SEEKRUN wireless dropper posts and related components, including the rechargeable dropper battery and charging accessories.
Coin cell batteries (e.g., CR2032) are consumable items and are not covered under warranty.

If you have any issues within the warranty period — we’ve got you covered.
Depending on what happened, we will either:
Send you the required service parts at no charge, or Replace the product (or the affected component) when appropriate.
Hit something on your first ride?
Did you clip a rock, tag a tree, or have an unfortunate crash right away? No stress — fill out the form below, tell us what happened, and we’ll help you get rolling again.
Something not quite right during installation?
If something feels off during install, setup, pairing, or after a few rides, submit the form below with details (photos/videos help a lot). We’ll troubleshoot with you and resolve any concerns.
Out of Warranty Support + Crash Replacement
If you’re the original purchaser but outside the 1-year warranty period, don’t worry — reach out anyway.
• If we identify a manufacturing-related issue, we’ll take care of it — always.
• If it’s crash-related damage, we offer a low-cost crash replacement option.
• If the issue is maintenance-related or wear-and-tear, we can help you find the correct service parts and documents, and provide a discounted service solution when possible.

• Order number or proof of purchase
• Product model (e.g., S7 Series)
• A short description of the issue
• Photos and/or a quick video (recommended)
