SEEKRUN.CA is operated by BlackSheep Bike Inc., the authorized Canadian distributor of SEEKRUN products. All returns for orders placed on SEEKRUN.CA are processed in Canada.
30-Day Return Period
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible products purchased directly from SEEKRUN.CA.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused
The item must not have been installed on a bicycle
The item must be returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Products that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged
Products not purchased directly from SEEKRUN.CA
Any item returned without proof of purchase may be refused
Retailer Purchases
Products purchased from a bicycle shop, distributor, or third-party retailer must be returned to the original place of purchase.
SEEKRUN.CA cannot process returns or refunds for products not purchased directly from SEEKRUN.CA.
How to Request a Return
Please contact us before sending any return request. Do not send items back without prior authorization.

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a product defect or shipping error, we will provide a prepaid return label.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear after processing.
